ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit.

SALE inventory will move quickly and is available while merchandise lasts. We do not guarantee all items in orders will be fulfilled.

  • Purchases will be fulfilled in the order they are received.
  • During Sale, processing time will increase. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. We appreciate your patience!
  • Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to leave our warehouse. We do prioritize Overnight Shipping, but still allow 2-3 business days for processing.
  • Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method.
  • Due to high demand we cannot guarantee that all items will be fulfilled.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $200

  • Standard shipping on orders is $10.00

  • Two Day Shipping on all orders is $30.00

  • Overnight Shipping on all orders is $50.00

  • International Shipping on all orders is $40.00

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

For orders placed during the regular season
Orders will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 1pm Pacific might be processed the following business day. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Please note that orders will not be delivered on weekends. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following week.

Domestic Returns

  • All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE. Final Sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or online credit.
  • All Furst Of A Kind products are FINAL SALE.
  • All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Merchandise with signs of being worn, or postmarked for return after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Otherwise, full price merchandise can be returned or exchanged if postmarked within 14 days of the delivery dateMerchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed and unworn, with all tags attached.

    Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. During holidays and other high-demand times, this time frame may increase.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

    For orders placed during the regular season

    Shipping Time: All Orders will arrive 3 - 7 business days once it has left the warehouse. 
    Please note that our shipping times should be used only as a guide and are based on time from dispatch. CARMAR DENIM cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.

    THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ALL DUTIES AND TAXES. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

        INVALID ADDRESSES: 
        If the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.
