SALE POLICY

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If sale merchandise is returned unauthorized, we are not responsible for accepting the return or resending merchandise back to customer.

Inventory will move quickly. Purchases will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Inventory is available while merchandise lasts. Due to high demand we cannot guarantee that all items will be fulfilled. Customer will not be charged until item(s) are able to be fulfilled. During sale processing time will increase, please allow 2-7 business days for you order to leave our warehouse. We do prioritize overnight shipping, however still allow 2-3 days for processing.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

Damaged items must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We are not responsible for items that damage from customer wear.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed after noon (Pacific Time) will likely be processed the following business day. Tracking information will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. Please note that orders will not be delivered on weekends. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following week.

During SALE please note that there is an increase in processing time and orders will leave our warehouse within 2-7 days. We appreciate your patience! We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping method.

  • $12.00 for Standard Shipping
    • For standard shipping please allow 2-7 business for your order to leave our warehouse.
    • Please note: Orders do not get picked up/delivered by our carriers on Saturday & Sunday.
  • $25.00 for Two Day Shipping
    • During sale we prioritize two day shipping, but please allow 2-3 business days for your package to leave the warehouse.
    • Although rare- there is always a possibility packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
    • Please note: Orders do not get picked up/delivered by our carriers on Saturday & Sunday.
    • Weekend days will have an impact when choosing two day and overnight shipping.
  • $40.00 for Overnight Shipping
    • During sale we prioritize overnight shipping, but please allow 2-3 business days for your package to leave the warehouse.
    • Although rare- there is always a possibility packages may arrive outside of the estimated time frame.
    • Please note: Orders do not get picked up/delivered by our carriers on Saturday & Sunday.
    • Weekend days will have an impact when choosing two day and overnight shipping.

RETURNS:

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND, EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT.

Regular price merchandise must be returned to our returns department within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 14 day window will not be accepted. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURN TO SENDER/INVALID ADDRESSES:

In the case that the customer provides an invalid address, we are not responsible for reshipping the order to the customer. In addition, when the package is returned to us, we are only responsible for refunding for the price of the merchandise. The customer is still responsible for paying the shipping fee.

LOST PACKAGES

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please file a claim on the UPS website. UPS claims take 1-8 business days to process. Please include our contact information in the claim so we can stay updated and help you as best we can! Once we receive information on the outcome of the UPS Claim, we will assess how best to proceed. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen packages that have a failed UPS Claim.
